The customer has de right to exchange or return the product wihin 14 days from the delivery date of the purchase. Kreative Therapy cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items. For reasons of hygiene, earrings, underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned. All exchanges or returns of purchase items must be carefully packaged and include the purchase tiquet. SIXTH- CONDITIONS OF SALE OF WORKSHOPS
Payment for the workshops will be made at the time of registration in order to book the place. In the case of not attending the workshop after making the payment, we will not be able to return the amount or change the date of the workshop
SEVENTH.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. They are competent to solve all controversy or conflict arising from these general conditions the Courts of Girona,
expressly renouncing the user to any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
EIGHTH.- MISCELLANEOUS.
The declaration of nullity of one or more of the clauses of these Conditions does not prejudice the validity of the remaining, which will remain in force.
